Casa Proserpina is a hacienda-style home, consisting of multiple outdoor living spaces and gorgeous interiors. The home is made up of Casa Centro (the main house), Casita Agua and Casita Fuego. The entirety of Casa Proserpina consists of 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces and courtyards. Check out our other listings to see the different rental options we offer. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. 

Guest access
If guests choose to rent the entire home, all areas of Casa Proserpina are available for use. (Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Living Rooms, Kitchens, Courtyards, Patios, etc.)

Casa Proserpina has soundproof windows in the front of the house and sits behind 500-year-old very thick stone walls. The hustle and bustle of Centro Historico are quickly left behind upon entering the front door!
Breakfast is available daily. We offer a Continental breakfast for $15.00 USD or a Heartier breakfast for $20.00 USD.

Casa Centro is part of Casa Proserpina, a hacienda-style home consisting of multiple outdoor living spaces and gorgeous interiors. Casa Proserpina is made up of Casa Centro (the main house), Casita Agua and Casita Fuego. The entirety of Casa Proserpina consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and multiple living spaces and courtyards. Casa Centro consists of 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple living spaces and courtyards. Casa Centro does not have access to the rooftop terraces.

Guest access
If guests choose to rent just Casa Centro they will have access to the 3 bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, courtyard and back patio - all part of the main house.

The recently renovated property has an upscale, stylish interior that compliments the original 500 year old architecture that remains in the home with a stunning large rooftop terrace. Casita Agua has soundproof windows and air conditioning.

Casita Agua is part of Casa Proserpina, a hacienda-style home consisting of multiple outdoor living spaces and gorgeous interiors. Casa Proserpina is made up of Casa Centro (the main house), Casita Agua and Casita Fuego. The entirety of Casa Proserpina consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces and courtyards. Casita Agua consists of 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, dining area, and a private rooftop terrace.

Guest access
If guests choose to rent just Casita Agua, they will have access to all of the rooms in the casita and the newly built Casita Agua rooftop terraces.

The recently renovated property has an upscale, stylish interior that compliments the original 500 year old architecture that remains in the home. Casita Fuego has air conditioning. You will experience a 5 star luxury stay with daily maid service included as well as concierge services.

Casita Fuego is part of Casa Proserpina, a hacienda-style home consisting of multiple outdoor living spaces and gorgeous interiors. Casa Proserpina is made up of Casa Centro (the main house), Casita Agua and Casita Fuego.  Casita Fuego has a full size kitchen. Coffee, tea, milk, fresh flowers, welcome appetizers and beverage are provided. 

Guest access
If guests choose to rent just Casita Fuego, they will have access to all of the rooms in the Casita plus the large gorgeous private rooftop terrace.

The hustle and bustle of Centro Historico are quickly left behind upon entering the front door! We also provide sleep sound machines and ear plugs.
